- Search
- You can do a search on participating organisations by their industry sector, country, name of company, participant name or mode of collaborations. In this section, you can also submit your meeting request by a simple click on the "send request" button (
). The search is located at the top right of every page after login. - Availability
- You can set your time slots as "YES" when you are free to have meeting session. The system will auto match any meeting request based on your availability.
- Meeting Schedule
- The meetings that have been confirmed are located in this section. You can view and print your meeting schedule/details here.
- Meeting Request
- All the meetings that have been requested by you or other organisations can be viewed in this section. You can accept, decline and reschedule a meeting in this section. The system will send email to the respective organisations/participants to notify them the status of meeting request.
- Bookmark
- Participants and organisations can be bookmarked for request for a meeting in the near future. Those bookmarked will be listed here.
- MyAccount
- Organisations and participant's profile can be edited in this section.
FAQ
- How do I request a meeting?
- Go to the search section and search for organisations that meets your criteria.
- Once you come across an organisation that you would like to meet, click on the meeting request button (
). - Select a preferred participant and meeting session. The system will auto match a suitable time when you and your meeting partner is available.
- How do I accept a meeting request from other organisation?
- Go to the meeting request section and click "ACCEPT" button. Email will be auto generated to notify the respective organisation/participant.
- How do I decline/cancel a meeting?
- Go to the meeting request section and click "CANCEL" on the meeting you would like to decline/cancel. Email will be auto generated to notify the respective organisation/participant.
- How do I reschedule a meeting?
- Go to the meeting request section and click "RESCHEDULE" button. You will then link to the search section whereby you will have to re-submit meeting request with the respective organisation/participant. Email will be auto generated to notify the respective organisation/participant.
- Why the system matches a time that I am not available?
- You need to set your availability at the availability section. By default, it is considered you are available throughout the whole business match-making event period. To avoid such circumstances, kindly log on to availability section and indicate your time availability.
- What is the reason behind when my meeting request is in pending status?
- This is due to your preferred meeting partner has not confirmed your meeting request yet. You can wait for a few hours/days or cancel this meeting request at meeting request section.
- What are request and offer?
- Request is the mode of partnership/collaboration you are seeking from your meeting partner.
- Offer is the mode of partnership/collaboration you would like to provide to other organisations.
- When is the match-making event?
- 18-19 November 2009, 9am - 5pm.
- How long is every meeting session?
- 30 minutes.
